About
Stephan C ONE VOICE INSPIRATION AWARD 2020 and BEST MALE PERFORMANCE AWARD 2020 winner, Stephan C is a multilingual actor and director. Live Announcer at the London 2012 Olympics, one of the voices of the Vatican, Sotheby’s, the United Nations and the World Health Organization, he grew up in Normandy in France, studied linguistics at Caen University, France, at Colby College USA and holds an MA in the Process of Production from Goldsmith’s College London. He recorded his first professional VO at the age of 15. Since then, and after hundreds of National and International commercials and thousands of corporates later, he is still as passionate and committed to quality and honesty in delivery as ever. His client list includes Microsoft, Intel, The Red Cross, BBC, Reuters, CNN, Le Louvres, Rijks Museum, Tate, National Portrait Gallery, The Vatican, Metropolitan Museum of Arts, The Cloisters, The Economist, TCM, Cartoon Network, Chanel and Buitoni, to name but a select few. Acting is still what gives him the biggest buzz : From on-camera working with Steven Spielberg to lipsynch dubbing, from stage to game console, his motto is: “There are no small parts, only small actors,” but games and dubbing are big favorites : He started working for video games when video games started to speak and has voiced and directed over 400 titles, including Control, Overwatch, Plague Tale, Dark Soul 2 & 3, Total War, Fable, Cubix 1 & 2; Primal, Lara Croft, Syphon Filter 1,2 & 3, Metal Gear (Liquid Snake), Spyro the Dragon 1,2 & 3, Colony Wars 1 & 2, MediEvil, Rug Rats, Storybooks, Gunball 3000, Zara, In Memoriam. His latest challenge was to voice the advertising campaign of a famous French perfume brand in 14 languages, including Korean and Mandarin Chinese. He is now learning Japanese.
